Brisas Global is a footwear development and production partner working with brands, founders, and designers around the world. We are based close to manufacturing, which allows us to manage development, communication, and quality directly on the ground. Our focus is simple: help our clients build real products that customers will actually wear and keep buying.

Many brands struggle when they first work with factories. Designs are misunderstood, samples come back inconsistent, timelines slip, and small issues become expensive mistakes. We exist to prevent those problems.

We do not operate as a trading company or a typical supplier. We work alongside our clients from the beginning, thinking about the end customer, the product’s positioning, and how the shoe will perform in real production. Our role is to become the operational backbone behind the brand so founders can focus on building their business instead of managing factories.

We believe a good product is not only well designed. It must also be manufacturable, repeatable, and commercially viable.

We review construction methods, materials, durability, and long term scalability. We create samples early to test feasibility and provide practical suggestions if certain design decisions may cause issues later. The goal is always to protect the brand from costly problems during manufacturing.
